Step 2 — Drop Off or Ship Your Samples

Bay Area customers can use one of our same-day dropbox pickup locations — drop off by 3pm for courier pickup around 4pm. Not in the Bay Area? Mail your samples from anywhere in the US. Samples received by 4pm Pacific Time are processed the same day.

Step 3 — We Sequence Overnight

Your samples are processed in our Berkeley laboratory using Oxford Nanopore technology. We run QC checks at every stage to ensure your data meets our quality standards.

Step 4 — Get Your Results by 8 am

Log into your Angstrom Innovation results portal by 8 am the next morning. Your report includes an interactive sequence viewer, GenBank/FASTA/GFF files, AB1 files, coverage plots, contamination reports, and more — all included, no extra charge.
