Dropbox Submission (SF Bay Area Only)
Customers in the San Francisco Bay Area may use our dropboxes for free sample pickup.
Pickup Times:
Free pickup every Tuesday and Thursday. Have your orders submitted by 3:00 PM on a pickup day. Print out your confirmation email with QR code and place in the dropbox. Our courier will come around 4:00 PM for pickup. Please let us know if you need later time.

We accept samples from anywhere in the USA and internationally. Always include a printout of your order form in the package.

Shipping Options for US-based Customers:
- Option 1: Ship your samples using your own packaging and preferred courier.
- Option 2: During checkout, you may purchase a prepaid UPS label for $30. You’ll receive the label by email, then pack your samples and drop them off at any UPS dropbox. If possible, please use a 6'' x 4'' x 4'' (or smaller) box.
- Option 3: Request prepaid packaging and labels in advance to save time. Click here to buy a full mail in starter kit. If you want boxes and labels only, click here.
Samples must arrive by 4:00 PM Pacific to be included in the processing schedule for the day.
International Customers:
We’re happy to assist with international submissions on a case-by-case basis. U.S. agencies require specific documentation for importing biological materials. Please contact us in advance so we can help ensure proper documentation and smooth customs clearance.
