Non-Refundable Services

All sales of sequencing services are final and non-refundable.

If You Are Unsatisfied

If you are not satisfied with your results, please email us at info@angstrominno.com. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion:

• Rerun a sample, or
• Provide credit toward a future order.

Sample Failures

If a submitted sample fails to produce a consensus sequence, you may be eligible for:

• An additional assembly, or
• A rerun request.
