Rolling Circle Amplification (RCA) is an isothermal DNA amplification technique that uses a circular DNA template and a strand-displacing DNA polymerase to generate long, tandemly repeated DNA concatemers. Typically done using a polymerase like Phi29 DNA polymerase.
About 0.4 Megabases (Mb) of NGS data (ONT Flow Cell, R10.4.1) will be generated for each sample.
