Logging into SeqResults

Over the past few months, the single most consistent piece of feedback we’ve received has been about authentication. Specifically, many of you have told us that 2FA codes and one-time email links can be inconvenient, and that the current system has made it harder to share datasets with colleagues when appropriate.

As our volume of requests has increased, we’ve now released an “email + password” authentication option to make access more straightforward while maintaining strong security standards.

What’s changing?

You can now log in using email + password.

To ensure a consistent security level across all users, we require a one-time registration upon your first login.

During registration, you’ll be asked to provide:

• Your name
  
• Your organization
• A strong password (including upper & lower case letters, numbers, and symbols)

Important
This registration is only required once.
After you are registered, you may continue using the email sign-in link as before — without needing to manually enter your password each time.
Security standards remain unchanged. Your data protection and integrity are not compromised.
